Nintendo
Starting grade: 100
Not many hardcore games for Wii: -20
Not bringing over good games that would be a hit: -10
Final Grade: 70

Sony
Starting grade: 100
PSP GO fiasco: -12
overall grade: 88

Have they let us down recently with poor choices in games they won't let come to the US, and lack of hardcore games on their console? I think not.

You make a good point... but think about this...

If X-Box gamers tend to play 6hours a day more than Wii Gamers and 2hours more than PS3, then what does it say about the X-Box that it's held up as well as it has when the PS3 and Wii have both had more than their fair share of hardware malfunctions?

And the Wii keeps people playing. All the PS3 users I know have to set a schedule to play their PS3s.

Also... Sony's customer service pretty much wiped their ass and handed it in as a response to why Sony has such bad customer service.

You have to remember that I don't include online play, since it differs depending on connection, people you end up playing with, the game, etc. In other words, too many factors.

If you're not finding good game for the Wii, you're not looking hard enough. There are many quality games for the system. Easily enough to hold it's own against the other systems. And the use of "hardcore" in terms of gaming is pretentious.

I'm not saying that Nintendo's business practices haven't pissed me off, more than once. I'm just saying that it's untrue that the Wii doesn't have so called "hardcore" games. Unless you define that as in games with a lot of violence and immaturity. And in fact, even if you do, the Wii has a few of those, too.
